President Roosevelt and Churchill attend war conference in Quebec. Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin attend conference in Tehran. And Roosevelt, Churchill and Chiang Kai-shek hold a meeting in Cairo.
Roosevelt repeals the Chinese Exclusion Acts.
